Sidra DeKoven Ezrahi, is a professor of comparative literature and the author of two books -- BOOKING PASSAGE: On Exile and Homecoming in the Modern Jewish Imagination and BY WORDS ALONE: The Holocaust in Literature—and numerous articles. She has taught at Hebrew University, Yale, Princeton and Dartmouth. She is currently a visiting professor of Judaic Studies at Duke University.
