[BTvS-Boston] Reminder: TODAY - Forum with Rep. Capuano

REMINDER -- TODAY -- 11/9
Brit Tzedek Forum with Rep. Capuano at Temple Beth Shalom in
Cambridge

To our Members and Supporters in the 8th Congressional District,

If you have already RSVP'd for the private Brit Tzedek forum
with Congressman Michael Capuano today, Thursday, November 9 at
6:30 pm, to be held at Temple Beth Shalom (8 Tremont Street in
Cambridge), this is a reminder -- we look forward to seeing you
there.

And if you haven't yet RSVP'd, IT ISN'T TOO LATE -- we welcome
and encourage your attendance -- please let us know at
boston@btvshalom.org or 617-230-6439 if you will be coming or
hope to be able to come.

Tremont Street runs between Cambridge Street and Broadway -- on
the Broadway end, it is between Prospect and Norfolk. Cambridge
parking rules have been suspended on Tremont and Norfolk Streets
for this event. For directions see:
http://tremontstreetshul.org/tbsdirections.html

Rep. Capuano will speak about the current situation in the
Middle East: US foreign policy as it affects the crises in the
Middle East particularly the Israeli/Palestinian conflict and
related issues -- i.e. Lebanon and Syria; strategies for
resolving current crises; opening negotiations; recommendations
on how to influence Congress and this administration; and his
views on current Brit Tzedek v'Shalom policies. There will be
time for questions.

We are fortunate that Rep. Capuano was willing to join us for
this private forum. This forum is open to all Brit Tzedek
members and supporters as well as members of Temple Beth Shalom
-- the general public is not invited. Therefore PLEASE DO NOT
FORWARD THIS INVITATION ON.

Please do attend -- we would like to have a substantial turnout
for this event. Rep. Capuano needs to be able to see -- and
report to others -- that a significant number of his Jewish
constituents, and of those in the Boston Jewish community more
generally, support his important work in Congress concerning the
Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

We hope to see you there tonight. For questions, please contact
us at boston@btvshalom.org or 617-230-6439.

Marya Axner and Diane Balser
MA-08 Home District Team Coordinators
Boston Chapter, Brit Tzedek v'Shalom
