Barry Joseph, Secretary of Brit Tzedek v'Shalom, currently directs a human rights Internet program for urban youth with Global Kids and works as a freelance writer. He was a co-founder of the Alliance for Judaism and Social Justice and has been involved professionally with developing innovative new media content since 1995. In 2001-2002 he contributed to the debate about anti-semitism at the U.N. World Conference Against Racism in a Forward Op-Ed; published a personal essay in Tikkun magazine about learning to live in fear as a post-9/11 NYC Jew, and interviewed Tony Kushner on Israel for In These Times magazine.
