Lara Weitzman is an independent organization development consultant who assists companies, organizations and community groups in learning to transform the systems, processes and dynamics through which they operate. She specializes in conflict resolution, diversity and culture change strategies. Her clients include The Brotherhood Synagogue, Joshua Venture, Jews for Racial and Economic Justice, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Deutschebank, The University of Oklahoma, The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and The American Cancer Society. In addition to consulting, Lara has worked in the non-profit sector doing program development and support group counselor training, and has taught multiculturalism and cross-cultural dynamics (Critical Theory) at the University of California, Santa Cruz and Carnegie Mellon University. She is a member of the National Training Labs (NTL) and has served on the Board of Brit Tzedek v'Shalom since it's inception.
