Eileen B. Weiss produced and co-wrote SAME DIFFERENCE: NYC Faith Stories in Words, Music, and Dance, a multi-cultural play with original music, which ran at the West End Theatre in NYC in January, 2003. She is currently co-producing a documentary about the production and process of creating SAME DIFFERENCE intended for PBS and the Hallmark Channel. Weiss co-founded the human rights organization, Jews Against Genocide/The NY Committee to Save Bosnia and is a member of Congregation B'nai Jeshurun and the B'nai Jeshurun Social Action Social Justice Committee. She recently co-produced The Healing Hands Percussion Circle in NYC on behalf of the people of Darfur, Sudan. She attended the University of London and received a B.A. in Theatre and Dramatic Literature from Dickinson College.
