This workshop focuses on what happens in one-on-one meetings between activists and potential members/supporters for Brit Tzedek chapters. The workshop will demonstrate ways we can listen to people’s motivations and concerns, draw them into meaningful conversation, and gauge their potential for leadership within the organization. This workshop will particularly focus on Brit Tzedek’s person-to-person approach to organizing and how we engage others in the American Jewish community in dialogue on how we can work toward Israeli-Palestinian peace.
