"Catastrophe/Independence; Palestinian and Israeli Narratives in Dialogue"

This talk will address both the Israeli and the Palestinian narratives. Complete information about the May 29th event will be out soon.

Polls show that the majority of Jews want a peaceful 2-state solution. Please come out Sunday and help us get the word out, by tabling inside the event, that the Jewish Pro Peace movement is in the mainstream and in the majority.

Join us to review the current national Brit Tzedek talking points in preparation for our meeting with Representatives Sam Farr and Anna Eshoo. We will also discuss our November program featuring Brit Tzedek president Marcia Friedman and the upcoming visit of the Combatants for Peace tour. Ayelet will show parts of the video, "Peace Propaganda and The Promised Land - US Media and The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict,” followed by discussion. Please join the newly forming Santa Cruz chapter of Brit Tzedek v'Shalom, the Jewish Alliance for Justice and Peace, to talk about the current crisis in the Middle East and to discuss Brit Tzedek's progressive Jewish response. Brit Tzedek provides a unique opportunity to express our feelings and to take action; learn what you can do to help end this conflict.
